Alex Grell joined Newmark in 1999 and serves as a Senior Managing Director in the Walnut Creek office. Grell specializes in assisting Tenants and Landlords with the leasing and sales of office and office/flex building exclusively in the North I-680 corridor market. Prior to joining Newmark, he spent three years with CBRE (formerly CB Richard Ellis) where he was exclusively in the Walnut Creek office specializing in office and office/flex leasing.
Grell superior market knowledge and understanding of office project related transactions has enabled him to complete more than 1100 sales and lease transactions over the past 25 years. Grell’s work ethic and dedication to his clients has allowed him to be a top producer in the Walnut Creek office since 1999.
In addition to office leasing and tenant representation, Grell has found creative ways over his career to save his clients time, money, and reduce risk as it pertains to real estate. Through energy audits, operating expense reviews, and lease audits (to name a few). Grell has produced great savings for his clients.
