Alison Cavanaugh joined Newmark in 2015 and currently serves as managing director in the company’s Boston office, where she focuses on the representation of tenants and landlords in lease transactions. Ms. Cavanaugh has worked with many local, national and international companies to secure the best real estate solution.
Prior to joining Newmark, Ms. Cavanaugh worked for Cushman & Wakefield’s downtown brokerage team with a concentration in tenant representation and landlord representation. She previously worked for more than 12 years at Cassidy Turley where she focused on tenant representation.
Working tirelessly on her client’s behalf, Ms. Cavanaugh keeps the process on track yet provides a high level of service. She can respond quickly to provide detailed financial analysis, lease comments and any other support/reporting documentation. Ms. Cavanaugh’s “can do” responsive attitude allows her to remain a key resource to the client on all lease questions/issues during the life of the lease.
