Amanda began her career in the real estate industry in high school when she received her first real estate license at the age of 18. Amanda has a dual focus and is highly accomplished on both the landlord and tenant sides of the business. She has worked with owner/developers such as Invesco, Brookfield, TIAA-CREF, Fairbourne Properties, Brixmor, Site Centers [DDR], PREIT, RPAI, Washington Prime, Simon Properties, Brookfield, Vestar, L&B Partners, CBL, Northwood, MetroNational, General Growth, and others. Her project leasing assignments have included the likes of Inwood Village [Dallas, TX], Memorial City Mall Redevelopment (Houston, TX), Village on the Parkway (Addison, TX), Lakewood Shopping Center (Dallas, TX), West Village (Dallas, TX), The Knox District (Dallas, TX) Town Square Las Vegas [Las Vegas, NV], Shops at Legacy [Plano, TX], Mockingbird Station [Dallas, TX], The District at Green Valley Ranch [Las Vegas, NV], The Shops at Park Lane [Dallas, TX], Hill Country Galleria [Austin, TX], Pembroke Crossing [Pembroke Pines, FL], Preston Park Village [Plano, TX], Southlake Town Square [Southlake, TX], Aspen Grove [Littleton, CO], University Park Village [Fort Worth, TX], and Shops at Clearfork [Fort Worth, TX].
Amanda was formerly David’s Bridal’s master broker for North America during which time she completed upwards of 300 transactions managing all of their real estate requirements involving renewals, relocations, and new stores. Her experience further includes her accomplishments with Petco with whom she focused on national renewals and dispositions.
Previously, Amanda was a Senior Vice President with CBRE and with United Commercial Realty prior to that. She has received numerous accolades in her career such as CBRE’s International RISE-ing Star Award in 2016 and D Magazine’s Top Brokers in 2017, 2018, and 2019. In addition, Amanda was a Top 10 Producer in the region for CBRE in 2017 and 2018. Bisnow also featured an article on Amanda called “The New Closers: Why CBRE’s Amanda Gross Is One Of Commercial Real Estate’s Next Market Leaders.”
Education
Amanda attended the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona and graduated with degrees in real estate and finance.
