As a Brokerage Services Coordinator in Newmark’s Phoenix office, Amy Horton works alongside the capital markets team of Steve Julius, Jesse Goldsmith and Chase Dorsett to provide investment sales consulting and services. Horton assists with production and service-related assignments, including document and report preparation, timeline management, generation of market survey materials, contract abstraction and presentation preparation. She is highly skilled in client relationships and acts as point of contact for current and potential clients and vendors.
Prior to joining the capital markets team, Horton supported the entire Newmark Phoenix office as an Administrative Assistant after transitioning from the same role in the Salt Lake office. In this role, her responsibilities included, but were not limited to, assisting the marketing department with processes, creating tour packages, and preparing listing agreements, leases, confidentially agreements and other legal documents.
Education
Horton earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Family Consumer Human Development from Utah State University.
