Andrew Briner is an Executive Managing Director and senior partner on Newmark’s Western US Industrial Capital Market’s Team based in the firm’s Irvine office. Over the past 19 years, Mr. Briner has completed industrial capital markets transactions throughout the United States on behalf of REITS, pension fund advisors, private equity firms, national developers and private capital groups with an aggregate consideration exceeding $40 billion. Over his career, Mr. Briner has been involved with a wide range of assignments including national portfolio dispositions, partial interest sales, forward take-outs, raising joint venture equity for development and structured land sales. He has been recognized for deal of the year on numerous occasions by multiple organizations in several major markets, including selling the lowest core cap rate in the US and the largest industrial asset in Nevada State history.
Mr. Briner formely served on the Board of Directors for the Catholic Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles and the CAL Athletics Alumni Association and is currently active with several charities in the community.
