Andrew Hopkins is the Vice President of Property Management for Ohio at Newmark. In this role, he oversees the delivery of client services for over 9.6 million square feet of commercial real estate. Hopkins is dedicated to implementing best practices, policies, and procedures that will maximize the value of his clients’ real estate assets.
With extensive knowledge in property operations, Hopkins focuses on expense reduction and strategic solutions for property operations and staffing. He also specializes in developing sustainable initiatives and forward-thinking strategies. Additionally, Hopkins is responsible for business development in order to drive growth and profitability for the region.
Before joining Newmark, Hopkins gained valuable experience in property management through various roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield. In his previous position as Senior Vice President, he ensured top-notch service delivery to institutional and private equity investors while meeting corporate profitability objectives. Throughout his career, Hopkins has excelled in international consulting, multi-market management, strategic outsourcing, and account leadership for owner-occupier and institutional asset ownership assignments. He has also provided brokerage support for a 2-million-square-foot, Class A office in Central Ohio.
