Andrew Jennison joined Newmark in 2024 as a Vice Chairman on the company’s Private Capital Group based in Century City, California. Prior to Newmark, Jennison served as a Partner with Industry Partners since its inception in 2010. During his 23-year career in Los Angeles, Jennison has leased and sold over $10B in transactions encompassing office, industrial, and retail space.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jennison’s relationships in the business community have been a catalyst to his success. Jennison strives to employ a creative and thoughtful approach to the real estate transaction process and always will put the client’s best interests first. His approach is simple: Partner with his clients to ensure they make sound real estate decisions that will enhance value to their respective business and real estate investments. Prior to forming Industry Partners, Jennison was a senior Executive with Madison Partners and Colliers International.
