Andrew G. Power, MAI, MRICS, serves as a Managing Director and Executive Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory with over 30 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience in the United States and Australia. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Power joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory as the Southern California Office Team Lead and Market Co-Leader for the same region. Power specializes in the appraisal of office properties and is regarded as a Los Angeles office expert in both general and high-end medical office facilities.
Additionally, Power also has extensive experience in appraising other commercial property types, including industrial, retail, apartments, development land, and special-purpose properties throughout the Southern California Region.
Over the span of his career, Power has worked with a variety of financial institutions, government entities, private lenders, developers, private investors, CPAs, estate attorneys, and corporate clients.
Power came to Newmark after serving as an Executive Vice President for 19 years at CBRE in the Los Angeles Downtown office, where he was Top 10% producer for 15+ years.
