Andrew Robben joined Newmark in 2013, specializing in office leasing and sales, and representing many regional and national firms. As a highly accomplished real estate broker, his experience encompasses all facets and product types of commercial real estate with a focus on new lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and acquisitions/dispositions. Mr. Robben’s clients regard him as their outsourced Real Estate Director, with a goal to maximize the value of their real estate by leveraging his extensive knowledge and resources. His success is reflective through his consistent recognition from Costar and CREXi, as well as a regular Top Producer within Newmark.
Demonstrating his dedication to professional excellence, Mr. Robben has earned certificates from Harvard Business School Online and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania Online. He holds the esteemed CCIM designation and, in 2010, was nominated and selected for the prestigious Young Professionals Group of NAIOP. Additionally, his active involvement on numerous non-profit boards and committees underscores his commitment to the community.
Mr. Robben began his career in 2002 at the Alison Company, advancing from an analyst to a loan officer. He was later recruited to Lee & Associates as a commercial real estate broker, earning numerous awards and accolades along the way. Mr. Robben holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in real estate finance and a minor emphasis in information systems and he lives in Irvine, California with his wife and three (3) active boys.
