Andy Robinson MAI, serves as a Senior Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Seattle, Washington office.
A highly experienced appraiser, Andy has prepared and performed valuations and market analyses on a broad range of properties that include regional malls, lifestyle centers, neighborhood and community shopping centers, single-tenant retail, manufacturing, warehouse and flex industrial facilities, low-to-high rise office buildings, mixed-use developments and vacant land. Additionally, he has performed specialized real estate valuation on marinas, wineries, breweries, restaurants, bank branches, manufactured home communities, theaters, mini-storage facilities, convenience stores, medical offices and residential land subdivisions.
Andy has completed valuations on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing properties. He has carried out valuations for mortgage financing, tax appeals, investment counseling, potential sales and purchases, leasehold and rental analysis, and feasibility analysis. Clients have included commercial banks, developers, corporations, property owners, public agencies, insurance companies and legal firms.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2022, Andy worked for over 16 years in the Seattle office of Kidder Mathews, most recently as Managing Director. Prior to Kidder Mathews, he was a partner at Terra Property Analytics for nine years. He began his appraisal career at Shorett & Riley in Seattle in 1990.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business (finance) from the University of Washington.
