Angela Duru is a Partner based in Gerald Eve’s London West End Office and is part of the PAM group (Property and Asset Management). Duru specialises in property management. With over twelve years’ property management experience, she joined Gerald Eve from Helix Property Advisors where she was a main board Director.
Duru was tasked with creating, and is now part of, a business center to work with commercial landlords to help assets reach their potential. The team creates asset strategies that identify opportunities for capital and income growth. Duru helps lead an award-winning team of facilities managers, building managers and surveyors to provide bespoke property management solutions to commercial landlords, focusing on value, sustainability and proactive income protection.
Duru’s past experience has mainly centered on private clients for whom she has been charged with compiling and executing aggressive Property and Asset management strategies. Bringing vast property management experience, she has worked for large institutional investors such as Aberdeen Asset Management, Barclays UK Retirement Fund for whom she was involved in the sale of the Peloton Portfolio. Duru is now heavily involved in the management of The Daily Mail Pension Fund, Christ Hospital Foundation, Bank of England, as well as private clients including The Qatari Royal Family, Clients of Citi and Sete London.
