Angelo Brutico joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as an Associate for the Philadelphia Capital Markets Group. Brutico specializes in the underwriting of office and industrial dispositions in the Greater Philadelphia region and the I-81/I-78 Corridor of Pennsylvania. Working jointly with Newmark’s top Debt and Structured Finance teams in Philadelphia and New York City, Brutico provides a full-service approach to each assignment, yielding industry-leading results for his clients. Brutico also collaborates closely with the International Capital Markets division to ensure local investment sale offerings are well-positioned and gain exposure to capital sources overseas.
Prior to joining the Capital Markets team, Brutico spent two years working in the Research division of Newmark as a Research Analyst. In 2019, Angelo co-authored Under the Microscope, a comprehensive annual report highlighting the Life Science Real Estate market throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. He was extremely instrumental in this publication, the first of its kind to be published in the region by Newmark. In addition to performing market data analysis and producing industry insights while working as a Research Analyst, Brutico supported the top suburban office brokers, driving new business and servicing national accounts.

Brutico received his Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Dickinson College and studied International Business and European Studies at the Università di Bologna in Bologna, Italy. Brutico is a native of Malvern, Pennsylvania and attended the Haverford School.
