Based out of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office, Anne Jaworski is responsible for property management operations of the portfolio in the region. In her role as Associate Vice President, Jaworski drives business development efforts, interacts with clients and leads the property management team, providing best practices guidance to ensure exceeded performance and maximum asset value. Jaworski is experienced in many facets of commercial real estate with an emphasis on customer service, leadership and supervision, budgeting and strong negotiation and communication abilities.
In addition to property management, Jaworski’s background includes construction management, financial accounting, and lease administration. Prior to joining Newmark, she was a Property Manager/Controller with Z-Mack Property Management. Jaworski was responsible for the management of over 250,000 square feet of commercial office and medical space where she held bottom-line accountability for end-to-end property management functions, including tenant relations, facility security/maintenance, negotiation and oversight of contracted services and a proactive focus on sustaining full occupancy levels. She successfully executed capital projects, tenant improvement projects, developed operating budgets and loan refinancing. Major building tenants included Hefren-Tillotson, The Children’s Institute and UPMC Medicine.
