Anthony Oliva serves as an Associate in Newmark’s Pittsburgh office where he works on the Industrial Property Team led by Executive Managing Director, Louis V. Oliva, CCIM, SIOR. Anthony focuses on Tenant and Landlord Representation Assignments, Buyer and Seller Representation Assignments, business development and cultivating new and existing relationships.
Oliva joined Newmark in 2021 as an intern in Industrial Property Research and started in Industrial Property transactions in 2023. He is currently involved in the marketing of over 1,100,000 SF of industrial property assignments throughout the Pittsburgh market.

Oliva is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the NAIOP Pittsburgh Chapter as a Developing Leader.
Education
Oliva earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2021. He was a member of the University of Pittsburgh Men’s Division II Hockey Team for four seasons and a Member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
A lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, Oliva graduated from Peters Township High School and was a member of the Peters Township Hockey Team and played local amateur hockey for the Artic Foxes. Oliva is a member of the Valley Brook Country Club and enjoys golf and weight lifting.
