In the past 2 years, Armando and his team had the Landlord representation of two of the most iconic mixed used developments in Northern Mexico: Arboleda and Pabellon M with a total leasable Office area of more than 500,000 sqft (50,000 m2). Both office building were leased successfully before the target occupancy dates. His team has also closed more than 3000,000 sqft (30,000 m2) for Wework in the Monterrey metropolitan area. Armando has also worked in land transactions; throughout a thorough bidding process, the US Consulate hired his team to acquire its new land location in Monterrey, which was more than 11 acres of prime land. For more than 16 months, the team led the process and coordinated every aspect of the transaction that involved the US Department of State to conclude the transaction.
Armando has also worked with Industrial clients for more than 10 years, having sold more than 800,000 sqft of Industrial BTS space to Carrier (UTC) and leased more than 1’500,000 sqft to other global companies that established their operations in Monterrey.
Mr. De la Fuente is Mexican, speaks both English and Spanish. He studied a degree in Business Administration at the ITESM Campus Monterrey. He is SIOR certified since 2012, LEED AP certified and is close to finish the process of getting certified by CCIM. He was Investment Coordinator for Mexico in Nacional Financiera at Washington D.C.
