Austin Ehrat joined Newmark in 2022, bringing 10 years of experience in commercial and multifamily real estate, with 600+ transactions throughout the Mid-South, across several different asset types. He is a multi-year winner of the Memphis Area Association of Realtor’s Pinnacle Producers Club and is focused on the analysis and brokerage of multifamily real estate and development sites across the Mid-South.
