Barry Gabel joined Newmark in 2023 and brings over 39 years of commercial real estate experience in Arizona. Gabel spends his time identifying opportunities, executing client strategy, establishing relationships between parties and coordinating financial analyses and due diligence. Gabel provides a strong attention to detail, loyalty and commitment to excellence, and determination to outperform his clients’ expectations. In his tenure as a Capital Markets broker, Gabel has completed over 500 transactions totaling more than 40.4 million square feet and over $8 billion in value.
Gabel joined Newmark after nearly 31 years with CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, where he served as Executive Vice President and Member of CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group.
Gabel has represented buyers and sellers in numerous transactions throughout Metropolitan Phoenix of various sizes and circumstances, with a satisfied client as his end goal. He has also been honored to be involved in some of the most notable sales transactions in history throughout Metropolitan Phoenix.
