Palma is a top producing agent and has won numerous top salesman awards in 1999, 2000, 2004-2006, 2008-2013, 2015-2021. Palma’s focus is representing tenants and investors in purchasing, leasing and selling commercial real estate and specifically office, and industrial buildings and land.
Prior to joining Newmark, Palma was a top producer for Keegan & Coppin Company in Santa Rosa, where he began his real estate career in 1985. He was also a top producer and a principal with Orion Partners Ltd.

Palma graduated from the University at Albany, (State University of New York). He earned a BA in political science from the University at Albany Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy with a minor in business administration.
