Bart O’Connor specializes in office property leasing and sales in the San Francisco Central Business District. O’Connor has a diversified background as an accomplished broker and respected project team member. Formerly with Hines, an internationally recognized development firm, O’Connor was responsible for assisting in the management, operations, and leasing programs of office developments in several major cities in the Western United States.
O’Connor joined Hines Interests (Hines) in 1993, as part of its West Region Management Team and worked in Seattle, San Diego and Los Angeles before transferring to Hines West Region headquarters in San Francisco. O’Connor joined CBRE in 1998 and recognized as Top Five Producers in San Francisco from 1998 through 2003 as well as CBRE Top Producers nationally. O’Connor was a founding partner of the San Francisco office of Newmark. And managing partner of the San Francisco office from 2007 to 2011, successfully ushering the office through the 2008-2009 economic downturns.
