Beau Odom joined Newmark in 2002 at the firm’s Atlanta office. Odom’s focus is on tenant representation, with an emphasis on legal and corporate clients. He has developed expertise in portfolio strategy, operational consolidation, capital expenditure management and financial forecasting for law firms and corporations throughout the United States.
Odom’s workplace strategies reduce real estate overhead, lower employee retention costs and improve workplace environments. He evaluates space usage and creates logistics analysis for colocation/relocation and detailed financial modeling to compare the cost of existing real estate holdings and alternative strategies.
Recently, Odom’s primary focus has been educating tenants on their landlord’s debt issues and how to navigate as well as take advantage of the subsequent debt unwinds.
Odom has represented Am Law 100 law firms and Fortune 500 companies during his time at Newmark.
Education
Odom graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing.
