Ben Goldstein serves as a Managing Director and specializes in tenant representation. Partnering closely with market leader James Ritman, he has extensive expertise in navigating both local and global transactions.
As an expert on the New York & Connecticut marketplace, he also advises landlords on a portfolio of office buildings comprising of 2M square feet located in Greenwich, Stamford and Darien, CT. On a national level, he has recent
experience within major markets including Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, Philadelphia, Seattle, Palo Alto, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Jacksonville, San Diego, Tampa and Richmond. Internationally he has advised clients in Canada, Mexico,
Puerto Rico and within Europe and Asia.
Since 2020, Goldstein completed nearly 200 commercial real estate transactions spanning 3M square feet, accounting for $750M in aggregate value. In 2021 and 2023, he was named as one of Newmark’s National Rising Stars.

Education
Goldstein earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and completed an international business and economics program in Siena, Italy. At UConn, he was named the Real Estate Student of the Year, as the most promising real
estate student within his graduating class. While at UConn, he was also recognized by the ISCS, once of world’s largest commercial real estate trade organizations as a “National Scholar” and won the prestigious John Hart Award. As a
student, he also was a finalist in Cornell University’s International Real Estate Competition.
