Testimonials
“Bill and his team did a fantastic job. They were able to deal with six different leases with varied expiration dates in several buildings and consolidate them into one lease at a new location. He and his team had a keen sense of the market’s direction and temperament. Their collaborative approach with their capital markets team is both highly innovative and unique. In the end, the new lease saves us money, allows for a much better work environment and significantly improves our brand in Boston.”
John Saclarides SVP – Real Estate Wells Fargo
“ I couldn’t be more pleased with my ongoing relationship with Bill, a tremendously competent and talented broker. I first hired Bill and his team in 2004 to represent AIG with their Boston relocation. In 2011, I hired Bill and his team at Deloitte as a preferred service provider to oversee transactions within our U.S. portfolio of over 11 million square feet. Bill’s strengths are his integrity, work ethic and sound real estate knowledge. He is one of those few real estate brokers I know who always puts the needs and interest of clients first and foremost.”
