Brad A. Weiman MAI, joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for the Rocky Mountain region. Based in the firms Denver office, Weiman specializes in the valuation of commercial and industrial properties and is proficient in computer applications to real estate valuations, including discounted cash flow analysis. He has completed investment analyses and valuations of shopping centers, regional malls, health clubs, office buildings, warehouses, apartments and commercial tracts. His specialized experience includes ad valorem tax valuation, and conservation easements.
Weiman has appraised retail and office properties throughout the United States. He has also completed appraisal assignments for large mixed-use complexes, corporate headquarters, health care facilities and truck maintenance facilities.
In addition to appraisal, Weiman is qualified as an expert witness before the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri (Kansas City) as well as the District Courts serving Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, El Paso and Jefferson counties in Colorado and the Colorado State Board of Assessment Appeals.
Weiman joined Newmark from Integra Realty Resources, where he most recently served as a senior managing director in IRR’s Denver office. Newmark Acquired the Denver office along with several other IRR offices in 2018.

Education
Weiman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, where he majored in real estate and construction management. More recently, he successfully completed numerous real estate-related courses and seminars sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, accredited universities and others. He is currently certified by the Appraisal Institute’s voluntary program of continuing education for its designated members.
