Brad Needleman joined Newmark in 2017 as an Executive Managing Director in the firm’s New York headquarters. A tenant representation specialist specializing in financial services firms, Needleman has successfully advised on and implemented transactions throughout New York City on behalf of investment banks, commercial banks, hedge funds and private equity firms. His experience also extends into the technology sector.
Prior to Newmark, Needleman was a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Midtown office for more than 14 years. In this position, he earned a reputation for devising creative real estate solutions for both tenant and landlord clients. He successfully completed a multitude of complex transactions in New York City, including acquisitions and dispositions, strategic development, the implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals.
