Brad Reinhardt joined Newmark in 2002 to take over the role as Director of Facilities for the NNSA National Security Campus in Kansas City. He is responsible for leading the Newmark Zimmer team and contractors in the Operations and Maintenance of the 1,500,000 square foot facility on behalf of CenterPoint Zimmer, LLC. The privately owned facility is leased to the General Services Administration, with the National Nuclear Security Administration as the tenant. Honeywell FM&T operates production activities on behalf of the government employing 4,100 in the Kansa City area.
Prior to joining Newmark, Brad served as the Director of Facilities Management at Johnson County, Kansas where he regularly interacted with the public, elected officials, boards & commissions, and the County leadership team. Brad led a team of more than 190 who managed, maintained, and improved a diverse portfolio of more than 75 facilities totaling 2.7M SF. He oversaw the successful completion of 5 significant capital building projects including:
- The Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center renovation,
- The new Monticello (Shawnee, KS) Library,
- The new Lenexa City Center Library,
- The new Medical Examiner’s facility, and
- The new Johnson County Courthouse.
Prior to his public sector experience, Brad was employed by the Sprint Corporation (now T-Mobile) where he governed the delivery of facilities management services for a national portfolio of commercial, retail, and technical facilities of more than 25M SF. In addition, he led the construction closeout, acceptance, and start-up for the 4M ft2 world headquarters campus for the Sprint Real Estate operations team.
Brad began his career in consulting engineering at Black & Veatch in Kansas City where he delivered mechanical engineering design, procurement & construction services for international and domestic power plant projects; and within a multidiscipline division specializing in design, rehabilitation, master planning, and operation & maintenance planning for government and military installations.

Brad is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
