Braden Harmon is Vice Chairman with Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Dallas office. Harmon is responsible for originating multifamily loans nationwide through the FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge and conduit lenders and the firm’s life company partners. He has 21 years of experience in real estate financing and particular expertise in structuring facilities and negotiated transactions as well as one-off, flow business, having originated more than $3 billion in loan volume across all product lines.
Harmon joined Newmark’s predecessor firm in 1998. He previously spent five years at Fidelity Investments as an institutional municipal bond trader.
