Braden Weaver is the transaction manager for Newmark’s Manufactured Housing and RV Park group supporting Andrew Shih and Todd Fletcher. He is responsible for all aspects of property dispositions including due diligence to closing. Weaver also focuses on the private client business, handling client development, and marketing as well as being responsible for financial analysis, underwriting, and comprehensive market research of manufactured housing and RV communities nationwide.
Prior to joining Newmark, Weaver worked an internship at SkylesBayne Company where he conducted market research, assisted brokers in drafting leases and listing agreements, and spearheaded outreach initiatives through cold calling. He later interned at Stonegate Capital Partners where his primary responsibilities included market research, financial analysis, and organization of clientele information.
Education
Weaver earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate and marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
