Bradley Kramer, MAI joined Newmark in 2021 and serves as a Senior Vice President in Atlanta, Georgia. With more than twelve years of experience, Kramer focuses on the valuation of commercial real estate properties in Georgia and the southeast.
While Kramer’s extensive experience encompasses a variety of asset types, he has most recently focused on the valuation of office, retail and industrial properties. These valuations have included CBD, suburban, medical, and GSA-leased office properties; neighborhood, community, and power shopping centers; as well as warehouse, manufacturing, and flex, industrial properties. His expertise extends to a wide array of asset types including mixed-use developments, single-tenant net leased assets, multifamily and student housing communities, off-airport parking facilities and parking garages, university and academic campuses, subdivisions, raw land and development sites, ground leases, and going concerns.
Kramer came to Newmark after serving as a Valuation Services Director for four years at Colliers, where he also worked previously as an analyst from 2009-2010. Between his two terms at Colliers, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director with Valuation & Advisory from 2010-2017. Kramer began his career in 2005 at Asset Advisory Services, Inc., where he worked until 2009, most recently as a Project Manager.

Education
Kramer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in building construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with honors, and a master’s degree in real estate from Georgia State University.
