Brandon Nelson is the Vice President of Property Management Services for Newmark in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, he oversees the management of over 9.2 million square feet of commercial real estate. Nelson is dedicated to implementing best practices, policies, and procedures that will maximize the value of this clients’ real estate assets.
Additionally, Nelson is responsible for business development in the region, aiming to maximize growth and profitability. In 2022 alone, he successfully added nearly 2.5 million square feet to the Salt Lake City market.
Before joining Newmark, Nelson served as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he managed a portfolio of national and local accounts totaling over 2.1 million square feet. Nelson’s leadership skills and strong understanding of property management were instrumental in training a team of over 70 employees. He was also in charge of the team’s annual CAM Rec training courses.
