With over 19 years of experience, Brent has brokered more than $1 billion in transactions in the Los Angeles market. He developed his expertise by overseeing over 150 industrial and commercial units in DTLA, gaining deep market insights and establishing enduring client relationships.

Koo holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Pepperdine University and is an active member of KITA and the Los Angeles Koreatown Lions Club.
