Brett Grifo serves as the Executive Managing Director at Newmark’s Philadelphia branch. In this capacity, he offers expert guidance throughout every phase of the acquisition and sales processes, ensuring clients achieve their strategic, operational, and financial objectives with their real estate investments.
Before joining Newmark, Grifo worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where he arranged high-profile transactions such as the $150M sale of the Pfizer campus in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, the $41M sale of the Bourse building, and 400 Market Street in Philadelphia. Grifo also worked for JLL and Brandywine Realty Trust’s investment team, where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions and structured financings throughout their portfolio.
Education
Grifo obtained his Master’s of Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
