Brian Kruger joined Newmark in 2015 and currently serves as a senior managing director in the Baltimore office, where he brings to his position almost 10 years of experience in commercial real estate services. Mr. Kruger is a member of the team led by Executive Managing Director Cris Abramson, which provides investment sales, debt and equity advisory, and transaction management services to clients. Mr. Kruger joined Newmark after nearly five years as a director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Baltimore Capital Markets Group. Between 2011 and 2015, Mr. Kruger and his team were involved in the sale of more than 12 million square feet of property with a total value of more than $1.3 billion. Mr. Kruger began at Cushman & Wakefield in 2010, as a member of a brokerage team focused primarily on industrial real estate in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Kruger was an industrial leasing and sales associate at Preston Partners, where he represented clients that included Forward Air, hhgregg, LB&B Associates and Solaris Paper.
