Brian is currently a Director with the Retail Occupier Services (ROS) group. With over 15 years of experience, having worked in both the commercial real estate and technology industries, Brian oversees all aspects of account support for ROS including predictive analytics, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), IT and account coordination. His expertise in leveraging technology to facilitate and drive workstreams creates immeasurable value to ROS clients.
Prior to joining Newmark, Brian was a Senior Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Retail Development Strategy group, a specialty practice within JLL Retail that focused on predictive analytics for retailers throughout the country. He has created hundreds of sales forecasts for retailers whose portfolios range from just a few stores, to thousands of locations across the US. He has also participated in the creation of numerous regression models, and applied those models in a geospatial environment to help retailers visualize the nuances of creating a successful brand.
Brian brings his past experience in the technology fields to the real estate industry by means of creating proprietary tools and algorithms that not only increase efficiency and productivity, but help retailers answer questions about their business. He also has extensive experience in database development and maintenance.
Brian also has experience in an account coordination role where he was responsible for ensuring all client deliverables were produced with the highest possible quality and accuracy.
