Brian Schulz joined Newmark in 2017 as a Managing Director to help lead the expansion of the company’s Capital Markets platform in the Tri-State markets. He manages all stages of the investment sale process from strategic planning to closing. Since 2009, Schulz has represented institutional and private investors in transactions valued at more than $6.5 billion. By combining his vast transaction experience with a detailed and process-oriented approach, he achieves the best possible results on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Newmark, Schulz was in the New York Institutional Group at CBRE focused on investment sales business primarily in the Metropolitan New York region. Earlier Schulz was an industrial leasing professional focused on lease and sale transactions for landlords and tenants nationally.
