Briggs Goldberg is an Managing Director with the Corporate Capital Markets group of Newmark. The Corporate Capital Markets group provides market leading advisory and execution for a wide variety of capital markets solutions for existing and planned single-tenant assets on behalf of M&A sponsors and portfolio companies, investment banks, corporate occupiers and developers, both private and institutional.
Prior to joining Newmark, Goldberg served as Senior Associate with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets Group based in Chicago, where he facilitated the strategic execution of real estate dispositions valued in excess of $1.3 billion and totaling 15.5 million square feet across North America, Europe and Africa.
