C.J. Webb, CFA, is a Director in the Charlotte, North Carolina, office of Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance group. He brings to his position more than 15 years of diverse experience in commercial real estate finance. Since the start of his estate career, he has supported the origination of more than $1.5 billion in debt and equity for a variety of regional and national sponsors.
Prior to joining Newmark, Webb was Vice President in the Charlotte office of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he was active in financing all property types, including multifamily, hospitality, office, industrial, retail, and self-storage for a variety of traditional and non-traditional capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, insurance companies, CMBS lenders, banks and debt funds. Before that, he worked as an asset manager for a bridge loan portfolio.
