Callie Ronkowski joined Newmark in 2019 and serves as a Director in the firm’s Minneapolis office. Ronkowski provides strategic landlord representation services to clients throughout the Twin Cities area and has leased some of Minneapolis’ most prominent buildings including U.S. Bancorp Center, Fifty South Sixth, Washington Square, 15 Building, TractorWorks, MoZaic, Lakeside Center and The E. Callie also provides tenant representation services to select clients.
Known for her market knowledge and ability to provide creative and strategic solutions for her clients, Newmark selected Ronkowski as one of its Rising Stars for 2022 and 2023. Prior to Newmark, Ronkowski began her real estate career at Greystar.
