Cameron Ayles joined Newmark in 2022 as an Associate in the Houston office, where he specializes in tenant representation and corporate advisory services.
Having previously worked as an analyst at Brookfield, one of the largest real estate owners and operators globally, Ayles leverages his technical skillset and understanding of asset management and investments to help clients develop innovative real estate strategies that align with their brand, vision, and core business objectives – financial, operational, and cultural.
Since joining Newmark, Ayles has been recognized nationally as one of Newmark’s “Rising Stars,” establishing a strong track record of representing clients across various sectors, from global corporations and some of the world’s finest brands to high-growth startups. He and his team pride themselves on offering bespoke solutions to companies looking to fulfill complex and multifaceted real estate requirements, both across the country and around the world.
By combining in-depth institutional real estate experience with a background in architecture and history, Ayles is uniquely equipped to anticipate specific real estate challenges clients and companies face in every market and at every stage of growth. With a passion for city-building and the future of urban environments, Ayles’s network and involvement in various organizations allow him to share insights with occupier clients and consult owners/developers in navigating innovative, mixed-use projects.
Originally from the Northeast, Ayles attended the Groton School in Massachusetts and the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied history and architecture. At the University of Texas, he was a member of the Tejas Club, the Texas Men’s Lacrosse Team, and the Undergraduate Real Estate Society, among other organizations.
