Carolyn Bates joined Newmark in 2023 as the Regional Research Director for the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, Bates oversees statistical data collection and analysis, interprets and advises on economic and real estate trends, and drives thought leadership initiatives, generating market insight to support the Mid-Atlantic markets. She will be based out of Washington, D.C., and leads a team of researchers in the D.C. and Greater Philadelphia markets.
