Cesar Castro is Director of Hospitality for Mexico and Latin America for Newmark with more than 20 years of specialized experience in the hotel industry, where he has carried out functions as general manager of different regional, national and international brands.
In addition, he has worked in practice of hotel operation consulting and as a developer of hotel projects for franchise brands of IHG and Marriot mainly, participating as responsible of the entire process from financial analysis, brand definition and franchise acquisition, land purchase, feasibility study, bank financing, design and construction management, equipment and opening of the hotels, demonstrating his experience as responsible of the operation from its pre-opening and opening stage, until successfully positioning the hotels within the competitive sets in the selected places.
