Charles Saudeau serves as a Director in Newmark’s Hong Kong office, specializing in tenant representation across the Hong Kong office market. Saudeau main focuses is to advise companies in their real estate requirements including acquisition of new office premises, negotiation of lease renewals, restructure, rent reviews, surrenders and sublets spaces.
Saudeau joined Newmark in 2022 after 10 years at CBRE Hong Kong where he has successfully worked along occupiers to meet their business and real estate needs by creating value adding solution, overseeing the execution of multiple leasing projects throughout Hong Kong and Asia.
