Chris Canter, is a 13+ year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Originally, joining Apartment Realty Advisors before Newmark purchased the top multifamily advisory firm, Canter has consistently been a top producer. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of over $2 billion in multifamily transactions totaling more than 10,000 units. Canter is directly involved with all aspects of the deal process including, business development, underwriting, marketing, negotiation, due diligence and closing. He is passionate about delivering the best value for all his clients and exceeding expectations.
Canter is a Phoenix, Arizona native and a 2005 graduate from Arizona State University. Canter is active in the community and has helped raise millions of dollars for local charities such as the Phoenix Childrens Hospital amongst others.
