Chris Hansen is an executive managing director of Newmark in the Houston, Texas, office. Mr. Hansen primarily specializes in capital markets and corporate advisory services including asset acquisition and disposition, financing and credit tenant lease representation. With an emphasis on providing professional, intuitive and timely advice, Mr. Hansen has been retained to advise on real estate transactions in excess of $1 billion.

Education
Mr. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin. He is a former United States Marine and a Gulf War veteran.
