Christina Cotter serves as a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. Specializing in the automotive sector, she develops tailored real estate strategies that address client challenges, anticipate future needs, and enhance profitability via innovative solutions and predictive analytics.
Cotter has extensive experience working with the nation’s largest publicly traded and privately held retail automotive groups, assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and sale-leasebacks. Her expertise spans multiple property types across North America, including retail, industrial, land, and office.
Prior to joining Newmark, Christina worked with the CBRE Automotive Dealership Group, gaining valuable experience in commercial real estate services.
Education
Cotter holds a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, where she was also a member of the Varsity Women’s Rowing Team. Cotter is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York, and holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
