Christina Hoburg, MAI, currently serves as a Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
Bringing over 12 years of experience to her practice, she has completed valuations of a wide array of asset types, including but not limited to, multifamily, low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) developments, and residential subdivisions for a variety of purposes including financing and eminent domain.
She began her commercial real estate career in 2012 in Integra Realty Resources’ (IRR) Pittsburgh office as a Researcher, where she assisted Senior Appraisers with market research and writing market analyses. In 2018, she joined Newmark when IRR’s Pittsburgh office was acquired by Newmark Valuation & Advisory.

In addition to graduating from Carlow University with a Master of Business Administration degree and Chatham College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in environmental studies, Hoburg has taken a variety of real estate and valuation courses from the Appraisal Institute.
