Chuck Redjinski joined Newmark in 2019 as Director in the Madison office and was promoted to Managing Director in 2023 bringing with him 30 years of commercial real estate experience and a strong knowledge of the Madison market, where he has practiced since 1995. Prior to joining Newmark, Redjinski was the Madison office branch manager with MLG Commercial, Wisconsin’s leading brokerage and property management company. As branch manager Redjinski oversaw the brokerage operations of the Madison office.
Redjinski has worked diligently with his clients regarding space acquisitions and dispositions, site selections, land development and dispositions, lease negotiations and management, disposition of investment real estate, real estate strategies, and financial analysis. Redjinski has represented numerous landlords and tenants, and buyers and sellers throughout Madison and the Greater Dane County area, as well as the greater Milwaukee area.
