Claire Koeppel joined Newmark in 2023 at the firm’s Headquarters in Manhattan and is currently a licensed salesperson, serving as an Associate on David Falk’s team. She is focusing on both landlord and tenant representation throughout the Manhattan market. Her attention to detail, vast relationship network, and perseverance sets her and her clients up for success in providing, or receiving, the best experience.
As a tenant representation broker, Koeppel has completed numerous transactions specifically focusing on the TAMI sector. As an agency representation broker, Koeppel works with Landlords across every Manhattan submarket. Her Midtown South agencies include One Highline – owned by the Witkoff Group and Access Industries, 776 Avenue of the Americas – owned by JP Morgan Chase & Co, HRC Corporation’s portfolio – consisting of 156 Fifth Avenue, 298 Fifth Avenue, 12 West 31st Street, and 5 West 20th Street, 386 Park Avenue South – owned by HSR Corporation, and 130 Fifth Avenue – owned by ROC-Fifth Avenue Associates. Her Downtown agencies include 1 Liberty Plaza – owned by Brookfield Properties, and 140 Broadway – owned by Union Investment Group.
Personal Affiliations
Koeppel is a member of the Iron Horse Party Committee, which hosts over 1,200 guests at a yearly fundraiser for ALS research. She is also a member of CREW NY, which provides her a vast network of female contacts in the CRE industry.

Education
Koeppel graduated from the University of Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, as well as a minor in Psychology. Prior to UVA, Koeppel attended Deerfield Academy, a prestigious boarding school in Massachusetts.
