She is focusing on both landlord and tenant representation throughout the Manhattan market. As a tenant representation broker, Koeppel has completed numerous transactions specifically focusing on the TAMI and Legal sectors. As an agency representation broker, Koeppel works with Landlords across every Manhattan submarket. Education
Koeppel graduated from the University of Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, as well as a minor in Psychology. Prior to UVA, Koeppel attended Deerfield Academy, a prestigious boarding school in Massachusetts.
