As a member of Newmark’s Palo Alto office, Clark Hagman advises his clients on the development and execution of office and R&D lease and investment transactions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. His clients appreciate his knowledge of the market, his loyalty and the thorough representation process he employs. He has since represented numerous companies in lease and sale transactions totaling more than 3,000,000 square feet.
Prior to joining Newmark, Clark was with Kidder Mathews in the Peninsula’s commercial brokerage group, where he also specialized in office and R&D leasing.
Clark is distinguished by his analytical background and his strong knowledge of the Silicon Valley market, both of which have become valuable assets to his clients.
