Craig Holdener joined Newmark Pearson Commercial in the fall of 2011 following a successful 20-year career in sales management with a leading financial services organization.
Leasing Experience
As a retail specialist, Mr. Holdener has successfully completed ground lease, build-to-suit, and traditional retail transactions with a variety of local, regional, and national tenants, including Hobby Lobby, Aspen Dental, Dollar General, Chili’s, Family Dollar, DD’s Discount, 511 Tactical, Harbor Freight, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Raising Cane’s, Jack In The Box, Metro PCS, and many others.
Sales Representation
In 2021, Mr. Holdener shifted his focus to commercial investment sales and earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Since then, he has specialized exclusively in representing buyers and sellers of retail, office, and industrial investment properties.
Mr. Holdener has built strong relationships with property managers, accountants, real estate attorneys, vendors, and 1031 exchange facilitators, all of whom play a crucial role in facilitating complex transactions.
