Dain Fedora joined Newmark at its Downtown Los Angeles office in 2016. Fedora serves as the firm’s Vice President of Research for Southern California, bringing with him 20 years of commercial real estate research experience and expertise.
Prior to joining Newmark, Fedora served as an Industrial Research Manager of the Americas at JLL and as a Research and Marketing Lead Manager with Grubb & Ellis, now a part of Newmark. During his 10-year tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Fedora tracked and wrote about market conditions across all property subtypes in inland Southern California and worked closely with senior producers to create and implement strategies for targeting new business and fostering existing client relationships.
Education
Fedora holds a master’s degree in writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a dual bachelor’s degree in business and English from the University of Redlands. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
